This Privacy Policy explains how Falue LLC, a Delaware limited liability

company ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, shares,

retains, and protects information when you access or use Falue's websites,

applications, software, features, and related products and services

(collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy also explains the choices and rights that may be available

to you regarding your personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy

Policy. Your use of Falue is also governed by our Terms of Service and other

applicable policies.

1. Information We Collect

The information Falue collects depends on how you use the Services, the

features you use, your account settings, your device, and applicable law.

Account Information

When you create or maintain a Falue account, we may collect information such

as:

• Name;

• Username;

• Email address;

• Password or authentication credentials in protected form;

• Date of birth or age information;

• Profile photograph;

• Biography and profile information;

• Account preferences;

• Language;

• Account status;

• Verification information, when applicable; and

• Other information you choose to provide.

Profile and Social Information

We collect information associated with how you establish and use your Falue

profile, including your profile information, friends, followers, following

relationships, blocked accounts, interests, profile settings, and other social

connections or preferences.

Content You Create or Share

We collect content you create, upload, post, transmit, share, or otherwise

provide through Falue. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Posts;

• Photographs;

• Videos;

• Reels or other short-form media;

• Stories;

• Audio;

• Captions;

• Comments;

• Ratings and reviews;

• Reposts;

• Profile content;

• Group or Space content;

• Livestream content;

• Reports and appeals;

• Feedback; and

• Other user-generated content.

Ratings and Interaction Information

Falue is built around user interactions and ratings. We may collect information

about ratings you give or receive, posts and comments you interact with,

content you indicate you want to see more or less of, swipes, reactions,

reposts, saves, views, clicks, follows, friendships, profile visits where

applicable, and other interactions with the Services.

We may use these signals to operate Falue's rating systems, personalize your

experience, recommend content, detect manipulation or abuse, improve our

Services, and understand how people use Falue.

Messages, Calls, and Communications

If you use Falue's messaging, group communication, voice, video, or similar

features, we may process information necessary to provide those features,

including participants, timestamps, delivery information, call information,

technical metadata, and the contents of communications where technically

necessary or otherwise permitted by law.

Falue may process communications for delivery, security, spam and abuse

prevention, user reports, safety investigations, legal compliance, and

enforcement of our policies.

We do not treat the contents of private direct communications as public

content merely because Falue processes those communications to provide the

Services.

Device and Technical Information

When you use Falue, we may automatically receive technical information such

as:

• IP address;

• Device type;

• Operating system;

• Browser type;

• Application version;

• Device identifiers;

• Language and time zone;

• Network information;

• Crash information;

• Diagnostic information;

• Performance information; and

• Security and login information.

Usage Information

We collect information about how you interact with Falue, including features

used, pages or screens viewed, content viewed, approximate duration of

interactions, search activity, navigation activity, referrals, engagement

signals, and other activity within the Services.

Location Information

Falue may determine an approximate location from information such as your IP

address.

If Falue offers a feature requiring more precise location information, we may

request permission through your device or application before accessing that

information where required by law or platform rules.

You may be able to control location permissions through your device settings.

Information From Other People

We may receive information about you when other users interact with you,

mention you, tag you, share content involving you, send you communications,

report content or accounts, invite you to Falue, or otherwise interact with

the Services.

Information From Service Providers and Partners

We may receive information from companies that help us operate Falue,

including hosting providers, analytics providers, security providers, payment

processors, advertising partners, authentication providers, customer-support

providers, and other vendors.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Falue;

• Create and manage accounts;

• Authenticate users and secure accounts;

• Display profiles and user content;

• Deliver messages, calls, notifications, and communications;

• Operate ratings and reputation features;

• Personalize feeds and recommendations;

• Recommend accounts, content, Spaces, groups, or other experiences;

• Understand user interests and preferences;

• Provide search and discovery;

• Improve performance and reliability;

• Develop new products and features;

• Conduct analytics and research;

• Detect spam, fraud, manipulation, and abuse;

• Protect users and Falue;

• Moderate content;

• Investigate reports and appeals;

• Enforce our Terms and policies;

• Comply with legal obligations;

• Communicate with you;

• Provide customer support;

• Measure and improve advertising where applicable;

• Protect the integrity of ratings and recommendations; and

• Operate, evaluate, and improve automated and artificial-intelligence systems.

3. Personalization and Recommendations

Falue may personalize the Services based on information about your activity,

preferences, relationships, ratings, and interactions.

For example, signals such as content you rate, content you indicate you want

to see more or less of, accounts you interact with, posts you view, content

you skip, and other engagement may affect what Falue recommends or displays.

Falue may use automated systems, algorithms, and machine-learning technologies

to rank, recommend, organize, moderate, and personalize content and other

experiences.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Falue may use certain information to develop, train, test, evaluate, improve,

secure, and operate artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, recommendation,

ranking, search, moderation, fraud-detection, safety, and other automated

systems used by or for Falue.

Public Content

Content and activity that you make public on Falue may be used to develop,

train, test, evaluate, and improve Falue's artificial-intelligence and

machine-learning technologies, subject to applicable law and Falue's policies.

This may include public posts, public comments, public ratings or reviews,

public media, public profile information, and public engagement signals.

Private Communications

Falue does not use the contents of ordinary private direct messages or private

voice or video communications to train general-purpose generative AI models

merely because those communications are transmitted through Falue.

Private communications may still be processed where necessary to provide the

communication feature, protect security and safety, respond to reports,

prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce Falue's policies.

If you intentionally interact with an AI-powered feature, information you

submit to that feature may be processed to provide, evaluate, secure, and

improve that particular AI experience. Additional notices may apply to

specific AI features.

De-Identified and Aggregated Information

Falue may use information that has been aggregated or de-identified for

research, analytics, safety, product development, machine-learning evaluation,

and other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.

Teen Users

Falue may apply additional restrictions to the use of information associated

with users under 18 for AI and machine-learning development, personalization,

advertising, recommendations, and other automated processing where appropriate

or required by law.

5. How We Share Information

Falue does not disclose personal information indiscriminately. Information may

be disclosed in the circumstances described below.

With Other Users

Information you make public may be visible to other users and, depending on

your settings and the feature involved, people who do not have a Falue

account.

Your username, profile image, ratings, comments, posts, follower or friendship

information, and other information may be displayed according to your settings

and the design of the Services.

With Service Providers

We may provide information to vendors and service providers that perform

services for Falue, including cloud hosting, content delivery, security,

analytics, communications, customer support, payment processing, moderation,

fraud prevention, and technical infrastructure.

These providers may process information on Falue's behalf subject to

contractual obligations and applicable law.

With Business and Advertising Partners

Where Falue provides advertising or commercial features, we may work with

advertisers, measurement providers, and business partners.

The information shared and the choices available to you will depend on the

feature, applicable law, and Falue's advertising practices.

For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe it

is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or valid legal process;

• Respond to lawful government requests;

• Protect the rights or property of Falue;

• Protect users or other people from harm;

• Investigate fraud, exploitation, abuse, or security incidents;

• Enforce our Terms or policies;

• Respond to emergencies where disclosure is legally permitted; or

• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transfers

Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition,

financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, corporate transaction,

or similar business event involving Falue or its assets.

6. Public Information

Information you choose to make public should be treated as publicly

accessible information.

Public content may be viewed, shared, reposted, captured, indexed, or

redistributed by other users or third parties. Falue cannot control what

another person does with information after that person lawfully obtains it

from a public area of the Services.

Consider carefully what you choose to make public.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Falue may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits,

device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate and secure the

Services, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance,

provide analytics, personalize experiences, and support advertising where

applicable.

Additional information about these technologies and available controls may be

provided in Falue's Cookie Policy or cookie-preference tools.

8. Advertising

Falue may provide advertisements, sponsored content, promoted content, or

other commercial experiences.

Where permitted, information such as approximate location, device

information, activity, interests, and interactions may be used to select,

measure, personalize, or improve advertising.

Falue will provide privacy choices required by applicable law, including

choices relating to certain forms of targeted advertising, sharing, or sale

where those legal definitions apply.

9. Information About Users Ages 13–17

Falue is not intended for children under 13.

Users ages 13 through 17 may receive additional privacy and safety

protections. These may include more restrictive defaults or limitations

concerning:

• Account visibility;

• Messaging;

• Adult-to-minor contact;

• Content recommendations;

• Sensitive content;

• Location information;

• Advertising;

• Discovery;

• Livestreaming;

• AI and automated processing; and

• Other features presenting heightened risks to younger users.

Falue may use age information and lawful age-assurance measures to determine

whether age-appropriate protections should apply.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 in circumstances where

we are not legally permitted to maintain that account, we may restrict or

delete the account and associated information as appropriate.

10. Safety, Moderation, and Reports

Falue may collect and retain information associated with reports, blocks,

appeals, content moderation, policy violations, account restrictions,

investigations, and enforcement decisions.

We may use this information to investigate reported conduct, detect repeat

violations, protect users, improve moderation systems, prevent evasion of

enforcement, and comply with legal obligations.

Information concerning serious safety incidents may be retained for longer

periods when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

11. Account Security

Falue uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed

to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration,

or disclosure.

No internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed

to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account

credentials and should notify Falue if you believe your account has been

compromised.

12. Data Retention

Falue retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes

described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services,

maintaining account functionality, complying with legal obligations,

protecting safety and security, resolving disputes, preventing fraud,

enforcing agreements, and maintaining appropriate business records.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the reason

it was collected, account status, legal requirements, safety concerns, and

technical considerations.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active

systems.

Falue may retain information for longer when required or permitted by law,

including information associated with fraud, abuse, security incidents,

legal claims, investigations, or enforcement.

13. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Falue account through the account controls or

other methods Falue makes available.

Account deletion is subject to the retention rules and exceptions described in section 12. For optional analytics, deleting an account removes its signup attribution and schedules related linkable analytics for cleanup. The separate rules for safety and moderation records are described below.

14. Optional First-Party Analytics

This section describes Falue's optional first-party analytics separately from the account, security, communication and safety records described above. Optional analytics runs only after you choose Accept analytics.

What we measure and why

With your consent, Falue can measure visits to selected public areas, welcome-page rating actions and accepted comment submissions, and signup outcomes to understand traffic and improve the service. We use random first-party browser and session identifiers. We record page categories rather than full browsing URLs, approximate device category, browser and operating-system family, and the external referring website's hostname when available.

If you create an account during an eligible consented visit, we may connect that signup session to the account created and record its first confirmed email verification. This does not connect your entire browsing history to your account. We do not infer identity across devices or use ordinary login to identify earlier anonymous visits. Email confirmation on another device does not replace the original signup device information.

This analytics system does not collect private messages, Personal-profile browsing, typed form values, comment or review text, full browser strings, precise location or device fingerprints. Device categories are estimates. When optional analytics is enabled and you accept it, Falue temporarily uses the connection IP address on its own server to estimate the city, state/province and country with a local database. Only the estimated city, state/province and country code are retained in analytics; the raw IP address is not stored in analytics or sent to an outside lookup service. These location estimates are not a verified residence and may be inaccurate, especially with mobile networks, VPNs or proxies; unavailable or untrusted results remain Unknown. IP Geolocation by DB-IP. Campaign tracking is not currently configured.

Your choices and access to reports

Choosing Necessary only does not prevent you from using Falue, rating the welcome page or creating an account. Necessary account, security and functional records are separate from optional analytics. Authorized administrators may see operational signup totals even when optional attribution is unavailable. Account-linked analytics details are restricted to active administrators, and access to those details is logged.

You can reopen Cookie preferences from Policies & information and choose Necessary only to withdraw consent. New optional collection stops, analytics identifiers are cleared from that browser, and associated retained linkable analytics is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can limit which previous anonymous records can be associated with a preference change.

Cookies and retention

• Analytics preference: the __Host-falue_analytics_choice cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days.
• Browser identifier: the __Host-falue_analytics_visitor cookie estimates visits from the same consenting browser for a fixed maximum of 30 days; it may end sooner.
• Session identifier: the __Host-falue_analytics_session cookie groups an eligible visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• Linkable events and signup attribution: retained for up to 90 days.
• Session records: retained for up to 90 days after the session's last activity.
• Identifier-free daily summaries: retained for up to 13 months.
• Administrator access logs for signup details: retained for up to 12 months.

Deleting an account removes its signup attribution and schedules related linkable analytics for cleanup. Already de-identified summaries may remain until their normal expiry. These analytics-specific limits do not describe the retention of other account, security or moderation records. See sections 12 and 13 and the activity-records disclosure below for those separate records.
