• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity.
• Post or transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any servers or networks connected to the App.
• Engage in or promote any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or any other activity that endangers the safety and well-being of minors. Any such actions will be reported to law enforcement authorities and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content (including but not limited to photos, videos, and music) that you upload to the App. However, by submitting content, you grant Falue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the App and Falue’s promotional activities. This license continues even after you delete your account or content unless you specifically request the removal of your content.

6. Prohibited Content and Reporting Mechanism

Falue has a zero-tolerance policy for content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or any form of abuse or harassment. Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations by contacting us at [support@falue.com]. Reports will be investigated promptly, and any confirmed violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Falue allows users to rate and leave reviews on other users’ profiles. You agree that your ratings and reviews must be honest, fair, and based on your actual experiences. You are solely responsible for your ratings and reviews, and you must not post misleading, false, or defamatory content.

8. Termination

Falue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to conduct that Falue believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falue, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Falue, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of any third party.

11. Changes to These Terms

Falue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
