company ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, shares,

retains, and protects information when you access or use Falue's websites,

applications, software, features, and related products and services

(collectively, the "Services").

 

This Privacy Policy also explains the choices and rights that may be available

to you regarding your personal information.

 

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy

Policy. Your use of Falue is also governed by our Terms of Service and other

applicable policies.

The information Falue collects depends on how you use the Services, the

features you use, your account settings, your device, and applicable law.

When you create or maintain a Falue account, we may collect information such

provide through Falue. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

  • Reels or other short-form media;

  • Captions;

  • Comments;

  • Ratings and reviews;

  • Reposts;

  • Profile content;

  • Group or Space content;

Ratings and Interaction Information

 

Falue is built around user interactions and ratings. We may collect information

about ratings you give or receive, posts and comments you interact with,

content you indicate you want to see more or less of, swipes, reactions,

reposts, saves, views, clicks, follows, friendships, profile visits where

applicable, and other interactions with the Services.

 

We may use these signals to operate Falue's rating systems, personalize your

experience, recommend content, detect manipulation or abuse, improve our

Services, and understand how people use Falue.

 

Messages, Calls, and Communications

 

If you use Falue's messaging, group communication, voice, video, or similar

features, we may process information necessary to provide those features,

including participants, timestamps, delivery information, call information,

technical metadata, and the contents of communications where technically

necessary or otherwise permitted by law.

 

Falue may process communications for delivery, security, spam and abuse

prevention, user reports, safety investigations, legal compliance, and

We do not treat the contents of private direct communications as public

content merely because Falue processes those communications to provide the

to rank, recommend, organize, moderate, and personalize content and other

4. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

 

Falue may use certain information to develop, train, test, evaluate, improve,

secure, and operate artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, recommendation,

ranking, search, moderation, fraud-detection, safety, and other automated

systems used by or for Falue.

 

Public Content

 

Content and activity that you make public on Falue may be used to develop,

train, test, evaluate, and improve Falue's artificial-intelligence and

machine-learning technologies, subject to applicable law and Falue's policies.

 

This may include public posts, public comments, public ratings or reviews,

public media, public profile information, and public engagement signals.

 

Private Communications

 

Falue does not use the contents of ordinary private direct messages or private

voice or video communications to train general-purpose generative AI models

merely because those communications are transmitted through Falue.

 

Private communications may still be processed where necessary to provide the

communication feature, protect security and safety, respond to reports,

prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce Falue's policies.

 

If you intentionally interact with an AI-powered feature, information you

submit to that feature may be processed to provide, evaluate, secure, and

improve that particular AI experience. Additional notices may apply to

specific AI features.

 

De-Identified and Aggregated Information

 

Falue may use information that has been aggregated or de-identified for

research, analytics, safety, product development, machine-learning evaluation,

and other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.

 

Teen Users

 

Falue may apply additional restrictions to the use of information associated

with users under 18 for AI and machine-learning development, personalization,

advertising, recommendations, and other automated processing where appropriate

or required by law.

 

5. How We Share Information

 

Falue does not disclose personal information indiscriminately. Information may

be disclosed in the circumstances described below.

 

With Other Users

 

Information you make public may be visible to other users and, depending on

your settings and the feature involved, people who do not have a Falue

account.

 

Your username, profile image, ratings, comments, posts, follower or friendship

information, and other information may be displayed according to your settings

and the design of the Services.

 

With Service Providers

 

We may provide information to vendors and service providers that perform

services for Falue, including cloud hosting, content delivery, security,

analytics, communications, customer support, payment processing, moderation,

fraud prevention, and technical infrastructure.

 

These providers may process information on Falue's behalf subject to

Where Falue provides advertising or commercial features, we may work with

Falue is not intended for children under 13.

  • Content recommendations;

  • Sensitive content;

No internet service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed

to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account

credentials and should notify Falue if you believe your account has been

described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services,

maintaining account functionality, complying with legal obligations,

protecting safety and security, resolving disputes, preventing fraud,

enforcing agreements, and maintaining appropriate business records.

it was collected, account status, legal requirements, safety concerns, and

technical considerations.

 

Some information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active

systems.

 

Falue may retain information for longer when required or permitted by law,

You may request deletion of your Falue account through the account controls or
