Appeals Enforcement
Effective Date: September 12, 2026
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
Falue LLC ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our") enforces its Terms of Service,Community Guidelines, safety standards, and other policies to protect theFalue community and the integrity of the Services.
This Appeals Enforcement Policy explains actions Falue may take whencontent or conduct violates our rules and how eligible users may ask Falue toreview certain decisions.
1. Our Approach to Enforcement
Falue does not necessarily apply the same consequence to every violation.
When determining an appropriate response, we may consider factors such as:
- The nature of the violation;
- The severity of the conduct;
- The risk of harm;
- Whether the violation appears intentional;
- Whether the violation is repeated;
- The user's previous enforcement history;
- The audience or reach of the content;
- Whether minors are involved;
- Whether fraud, exploitation, or manipulation is involved;
- Whether immediate action is necessary;
- Applicable law; and
- Other relevant context.
2. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the circumstances, Falue may take one or more enforcementactions.
These may include:
- Taking no action;
- Providing an educational notice;
- Issuing a warning;
- Removing content;
- Disabling access to content;
- Adding a warning or informational label;
- Applying an age restriction;
- Marking content as sensitive;
- Reducing distribution;
- Removing content from recommendations;
- Limiting search or discovery;
- Removing fraudulent ratings or reviews;
- Recalculating ratings or reputation signals;
- Removing artificial engagement;
- Restricting comments;
- Restricting messaging;
- Restricting calls or Spaces;
- Restricting posting or livestreaming;
- Restricting commercial or monetization features;
- Requiring identity, age, or account verification;
- Temporarily locking an account;
- Temporarily suspending an account;
- Permanently disabling an account;
- Preventing creation of replacement accounts; or
- Taking other reasonable action necessary to enforce Falue's policies.
3. Content Removal
Falue may remove or disable access to content that violates our policies orapplicable law.
Removal of one piece of content does not necessarily mean the user's accountwill be suspended or terminated.
However, serious or repeated violations may result in additional accountaction.
4. Reduced Distribution
Not every policy response requires complete removal.
Falue may reduce the distribution or recommendation of content incircumstances where the content is not appropriate for broad recommendationor where another policy permits limited distribution.
Content may therefore remain accessible from a profile or direct link whilebeing excluded from recommendations, discovery, trending areas, or otherdistribution systems.
5. Sensitive and Age-Restricted Content
Falue may apply warnings, blurring, age restrictions, or other controls tocontent that is permitted in some contexts but may not be appropriate for allusers.
Teen accounts may be prevented from accessing content that remains availableto adults.
6. Rating Enforcement
Because ratings are a central part of Falue, attempts to manipulate ratingsmay result in specialized enforcement.
Falue may:
- Remove fraudulent ratings;
- Exclude suspicious ratings from calculations;
- Recalculate affected scores;
- Remove coordinated rating activity;
- Restrict a user's ability to rate;
- Restrict accounts participating in rating manipulation;
- Remove purchased or traded ratings;
- Detect and remove automated rating activity; or
- Take account-level action for serious or repeated manipulation.
Falue is not required to count a rating merely because a user successfullysubmitted it.
7. Artificial Engagement
Falue may remove followers, views, reactions, ratings, comments, reposts, orother engagement that we reasonably determine was artificially generated,purchased, automated, manipulated, or obtained through prohibited means.
Removing artificial engagement is not considered an improper alteration of auser's account metrics.
8. Warnings
For some violations, Falue may provide a warning before applying more seriousaccount restrictions.
A warning is not required before enforcement.
Serious violations may result in immediate restriction, suspension, orpermanent disablement.
9. Temporary Restrictions
Falue may temporarily restrict particular features rather than disabling anentire account.
For example, a user may temporarily lose the ability to:
- Post;
- Comment;
- Rate content;
- Send messages;
- Initiate calls;
- Host a Space;
- Livestream;
- Follow accounts;
- Create groups;
- Use commercial features; or
- Use other affected functionality.
10. Account Suspension
Falue may temporarily suspend an account when a violation warrants broaderrestriction or while certain serious matters are being reviewed.
During suspension, some or all account functionality may become unavailable.
11. Permanent Account Disablement
Falue may permanently disable an account for serious violations, repeatedviolations, severe safety risks, fraud, exploitation, deliberate evasion, orother circumstances warranting permanent removal.
Examples may include:
- Child sexual exploitation;
- Grooming;
- Serious sextortion;
- Credible threats of severe violence;
- Severe nonconsensual intimate-image abuse;
- Serious fraud;
- Malicious account compromise;
- Persistent coordinated harassment;
- Repeated copyright infringement in appropriate circumstances;
- Large-scale platform manipulation;
- Serious ban evasion; or
- Other severe or repeated violations.
12. Ban Evasion
A person whose account has been permanently disabled may not create or useanother account to evade Falue's enforcement unless Falue expressly permitsthe person to return.
Falue may use account, device, security, technical, behavioral, or otherlawfully available signals to identify suspected ban evasion.
Replacement accounts may be disabled.
13. Enforcement Against Multiple Accounts
When a person operates multiple accounts, Falue may take action againstadditional accounts where reasonably necessary to stop serious abuse,platform manipulation, fraud, enforcement evasion, or safety violations.
A violation on one account does not automatically mean every accountassociated with a person will be penalized.
14. Emergency Enforcement
Falue may act immediately where we reasonably believe delay could create aserious safety, security, legal, or platform-integrity risk.
Advance notice is not required before emergency enforcement.
15. Automated Enforcement
Falue may use automated systems, machine learning, artificial intelligence,spam-detection systems, security technologies, and other automated methods toidentify potential violations or apply certain enforcement actions.
Automated systems may also prioritize content or accounts for human review.
Falue recognizes that automated systems can make mistakes. Eligible decisionsmay therefore be subject to appeal or additional review.
16. Human Review
Falue may use trained reviewers, safety personnel, moderators, specialists,contractors, legal personnel, or other authorized individuals to evaluatereports and enforcement decisions.
Some cases may be escalated for specialized review because of their severity,complexity, or legal significance.
17. Notice of Enforcement
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Falue may notify a user when contentis removed or an account is restricted.
A notice may identify:
- The content or activity affected;
- The policy involved;
- The action Falue took;
- The duration of a restriction, if applicable;
- Whether an appeal is available; and
- How to submit an appeal.
Falue may provide limited information where greater disclosure couldcompromise safety, security, investigations, confidential systems, anotherperson's privacy, or legal obligations.
18. Eligibility to Appeal
Falue may allow appeals of certain:
- Content removals;
- Account suspensions;
- Permanent account disablements;
- Feature restrictions;
- Age-related decisions;
- Rating-integrity actions;
- Recommendation restrictions; or
- Other eligible enforcement decisions.
Not every decision is necessarily eligible for appeal.
19. How to Appeal
Where an in-product appeal option is available, users should use that optionbecause it can automatically identify the affected content, account, andenforcement decision.
If an in-product appeal mechanism is unavailable for an eligible decision,Falue may accept appeals through:

20. What to Include in an Appeal
An appeal should provide enough information for Falue to identify thedecision.
This may include:
- Your username;
- The affected content;
- The enforcement notice or reference number, if available;
- The reason you believe the decision was incorrect;
- Relevant context;
- Supporting information; and
- Any additional information Falue reasonably requests.
21. Appeal Review
During an appeal, Falue may reconsider:
- The content;
- The original report;
- The policy applied;
- Relevant context;
- Account history;
- Additional information submitted by the user;
- Safety considerations;
- Applicable law; and
- Other relevant circumstances.
Where practicable, Falue may use a different reviewer or additional reviewprocess for certain appeals.
22. Possible Appeal Outcomes
After reviewing an appeal, Falue may:
- Uphold the original decision;
- Reverse the decision;
- Restore content;
- Restore account access;
- Remove or shorten a restriction;
- Modify the enforcement action;
- Recalculate a rating or other metric;
- Escalate the matter for additional review; or
- Take another action appropriate to the circumstances.
23. Restoration Does Not Guarantee Previous Distribution
If content is restored after an appeal, Falue cannot guarantee that thecontent will receive the same number of views, recommendations, ratings,comments, ranking position, or other distribution it might have received ifit had never been removed.
Falue may take reasonable steps to restore functionality but cannot recreatehypothetical engagement.
24. Appeals Must Be Made in Good Faith
Do not use Falue's appeal process to harass reviewers, submit fraudulentevidence, impersonate another person, overwhelm support systems, or repeatedlychallenge the same final decision without new information.
Good-faith disagreement with an enforcement decision does not constituteabuse.
25. Specialized Legal Processes
Certain decisions follow specialized legal procedures rather than Falue'sordinary enforcement appeal process.
Examples include:
- DMCA copyright notices and counter-notifications;
- Qualifying intimate-image removal requests;
- Privacy-rights requests and privacy appeals;
- Valid court orders;
- Government or regulatory requirements; and
- Other legally mandated processes.
The applicable specialized policy controls those procedures.
26. Child-Safety Decisions
Falue may limit appeals or disclosure concerning certain child-safetyenforcement actions where providing additional information could endanger aminor, expose sensitive information, interfere with an investigation, orconflict with law.
Serious child-exploitation violations may result in immediate permanentenforcement.
27. Copyright Enforcement
Copyright removals made pursuant to a DMCA notice may be challenged throughFalue's DMCA counter-notification process where legally available.
The ordinary enforcement appeal process is not a substitute for a legallyrequired DMCA counter-notification.
28. Intimate-Image Enforcement
Content removed under Falue's Intimate Image Removal Policy may be subject tospecialized review.
Falue may refuse to restore content when applicable law, privacy rights,safety considerations, or another Falue policy independently supportscontinued removal.
29. Legal and Government Requirements
Falue may be legally required to remove content, preserve information,restrict access, or take other actions.
An ordinary Falue appeal may not override a valid legal requirement.
30. Preservation of Enforcement Records
Falue may retain information concerning reports, violations, appeals,restrictions, suspensions, and other enforcement actions where reasonablynecessary for:
- Safety;
- Security;
- Fraud prevention;
- Ban-evasion prevention;
- Platform integrity;
- Appeal review;
- Legal compliance;
- Dispute resolution; or
- Other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
31. No Guaranteed Warning or Strike System
Unless Falue expressly establishes a specific strike system for a particularpolicy or feature, users should not assume they are entitled to a fixed numberof warnings or violations before suspension or termination.
One sufficiently serious violation may result in permanent enforcement.
32. Policy Changes
Falue may update its enforcement practices as the Services, threats,technology, laws, and Community Guidelines evolve.
An enforcement action will generally be evaluated under the policiesapplicable to the conduct and circumstances involved, subject to applicablelaw.
