Falue is built around people expressing themselves, sharing content,connecting with others, and giving honest feedback. Different opinions,personalities, cultures, interests, and perspectives are part of thatexperience.

But expression does not mean anything goes.

These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on Falue. Theyapply to all users and across Falue's features, including profiles, posts,photos, videos, Reels, Stories, comments, ratings, reviews, messages, calls,groups, Spaces, usernames, and other interactions.

By using Falue, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Termsof Service and other applicable policies.

1. Be Authentic

Falue is designed around genuine people, opinions, content, and interactions.Do not deliberately deceive other users about who you are or manipulate theplatform to create a false impression of popularity, reputation, orcredibility.

We do not allow:

Impersonating another person, business, organization, or public figure in a deceptive manner;
Creating accounts intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead people;
Using fake identities to conduct scams or evade enforcement;
Coordinated fake engagement;
Artificial follower, friendship, rating, review, or engagement schemes;
Bots or automated accounts used deceptively or without authorization; or
Creating replacement accounts to evade a suspension or permanent ban.

Parody, commentary, fan, and similar accounts may be permitted when they arenot misleading and comply with Falue's applicable labeling or impersonationrules.

2. Ratings Must Be Genuine

Ratings are a core part of Falue. Protecting the integrity of those ratings istherefore especially important.

You may express genuine positive or negative opinions. You may disagree withsomeone. You may give a low rating because you genuinely did not likesomething.

You may not manipulate the rating system.

Prohibited rating activity includes:

Buying or selling ratings;
Offering compensation in exchange for a particular rating;
Using multiple accounts to alter a rating;
Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate ratings;
Coordinating a rating attack against another person;
Organizing groups to artificially raise or lower a rating;
Threatening someone unless they change or provide a rating;
Trading ratings or engagement;
Creating fake reviews;
Manipulating Falue's recommendation systems; or
Attempting to circumvent rating-integrity protections.

Falue may remove, disregard, recalculate, or otherwise exclude ratings orengagement that we reasonably believe are manipulated, fraudulent, abusive,or technically invalid.

3. Harassment and Bullying

Falue allows criticism, disagreement, humor, debate, and negative opinions.However, users may not use Falue to systematically harass, intimidate, stalk,degrade, or terrorize another person.

We may take action against:

Repeated targeted harassment;
Credible intimidation;
Encouraging others to harass someone;
Sexual harassment;
Threatening to expose private information;
Maliciously targeting someone across multiple accounts;
Repeated unwanted contact after clear attempts to disengage or block;
Content intended primarily to humiliate a private individual through severe abuse; or
Coordinated harassment campaigns.

Context matters. Criticism of ideas, businesses, public figures, creativework, public conduct, and other matters of legitimate discussion may receivedifferent treatment from targeted abuse of a private individual.

4. Threats and Violence

Do not use Falue to threaten, encourage, coordinate, celebrate, or facilitateserious violence against another person or group.

We prohibit:

Credible threats of physical harm;
Calls for murder or serious physical violence;
Instructions intended to facilitate a specific violent attack;
Planning or coordinating violent criminal activity;
Targeted threats against schools, workplaces, public locations, or individuals; and
Content praising or encouraging real-world violence where it creates a serious safety risk.

Falue may preserve information or contact appropriate authorities where wereasonably believe there is an imminent threat to human life or seriousphysical safety and disclosure is permitted by law.

5. Hate and Dehumanizing Conduct

Falue does not allow users to attack people based on protected characteristicsin ways that promote violence, exclusion, dehumanization, or severe targetedabuse.

Protected characteristics may include race, ethnicity, national origin,religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, andother characteristics protected by applicable law or Falue policy.

We prohibit content that:

Calls for violence against people because of a protected characteristic;
Describes protected groups as subhuman in a manner intended to promote hatred or harm;
Advocates unlawful exclusion or segregation based on protected status;
Uses protected characteristics as the basis for severe targeted harassment; or
Supports organizations or movements primarily dedicated to violent hatred where prohibited by Falue policy.

Discussion, education, counterspeech, news reporting, historical material,documentary content, and criticism may be allowed when context makes thepurpose clear.

6. Child and Teen Safety

Falue has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.

We prohibit:

Child sexual abuse material;
Sexual exploitation of minors;
Grooming;
Soliciting sexual images or videos from minors;
Sexual conversations with minors for exploitative purposes;
Sexualization of children;
Attempting to arrange sexual contact with a minor;
Sextortion involving minors;
Trafficking or exploitation of minors; and
Attempts to circumvent Falue's protections for younger users.

Users must be at least 13 years old to maintain a Falue account.

Users ages 13 through 17 may receive additional restrictions involvingmessaging, discovery, sensitive content, recommendations, location,livestreaming, advertising, and interactions with adults.

Falue may report apparent child sexual exploitation or abuse to appropriateorganizations or authorities where required or permitted by law.

7. Nudity and Sexual Content

Falue may restrict or remove sexually explicit content, pornography, sexualsolicitation, or other sexual material depending on its nature, context, andthe feature where it appears.

Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual sexualmaterial, and illegal sexual content are prohibited.

Certain educational, artistic, documentary, medical, health, breastfeeding,or other legitimate contextual material may be treated differently.

Falue may apply age restrictions, reduced distribution, sensitive-contentlabels, or other controls to mature content even when that content is notcompletely prohibited.

8. Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery

Do not post, threaten to post, share, distribute, or attempt to distributeintimate images or videos of another person without their consent.

This includes qualifying:

Revenge pornography;
Secretly recorded intimate material;
Stolen intimate photographs or videos;
Sexual images shared beyond the scope of consent;
AI-generated or digitally manipulated intimate depictions; and
Threats to release intimate material as coercion or blackmail.

Falue maintains a process for reporting qualifying nonconsensual intimateimagery and will respond to valid removal requests as required by applicablelaw, including the TAKE IT DOWN Act where applicable.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect other people's privacy.

Do not maliciously disclose highly sensitive personal information such as:

Passwords or authentication credentials;
Financial account credentials;
Government identification numbers;
Private authentication codes;
Highly sensitive medical or financial records obtained without authorization;
Precise private residential information where disclosure creates a credible safety risk; or
Other information prohibited by law or Falue policy.

Threatening to disclose private information in order to intimidate, extort, orharass another person is also prohibited.

10. Scams, Fraud, and Deception

Do not use Falue to steal, defraud, deceive, or financially exploit otherpeople.

We prohibit:

Phishing;
Identity theft;
Advance-fee scams;
Fraudulent investment schemes;
Fake giveaways intended to steal information or money;
Romance scams;
Fraudulent fundraising;
Credential theft;
Payment fraud;
Malicious impersonation; and
Other deceptive schemes intended to cause financial or material harm.

11. Spam and Platform Manipulation

Do not interfere with authentic use of Falue through spam, automation, orcoordinated manipulation.

We may restrict:

Mass unsolicited messaging;
Repetitive promotional comments;
Automated account creation;
Artificial views or engagement;
Follower or engagement farms;
Unauthorized scraping;
Mass tagging intended primarily to generate attention;
Malicious redirects;
Deceptive links; and
Attempts to manipulate recommendations, rankings, or platform metrics.

12. Illegal Goods, Services, and Conduct

Falue may remove content or restrict activity that facilitates unlawful goods,services, transactions, or criminal activity.

Users may not use Falue to coordinate or materially facilitate criminalactivity.

Falue may also restrict certain regulated goods, services, or transactionseven where some forms are lawful in particular jurisdictions.

13. Dangerous Activities

Falue may remove or restrict content that creates an unreasonable risk ofserious physical harm, particularly where content encourages people toparticipate in dangerous acts without appropriate context.

Documentary, educational, scientific, newsworthy, fictional, or harm-reductioncontent may be treated differently depending on context.

14. Self-Harm and Suicide

People should be able to discuss mental health and seek support on Falue.However, we may restrict content that encourages, glorifies, instructs, orcoerces another person to engage in suicide or serious self-harm.

Falue may provide resources, limit distribution, remove content, or take othersafety measures when appropriate.

15. Graphic and Disturbing Content

Some graphic content may be allowed when it has legitimate news,documentary, educational, medical, historical, or public-interest value.

Falue may remove, age-restrict, label, blur, or reduce distribution of graphicor disturbing material depending on severity and context.

Content primarily intended to glorify extreme suffering or shock users may beremoved.

16. Intellectual Property

Only upload or share material that you have the right to use.

Do not intentionally infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or otherintellectual property rights.

Falue may restrict or terminate repeat infringers in appropriatecircumstances.

17. Misleading and Manipulated Media

Falue may label, restrict, or remove materially deceptive manipulated mediawhen it is likely to cause significant harm, facilitate fraud, impersonatesomeone in a harmful manner, interfere with safety, or otherwise violate theseGuidelines.

AI-generated or edited content is not automatically prohibited merely becauseAI or editing technology was used.

Falue may require disclosure or labeling of synthetic or substantiallymanipulated media in circumstances where users could reasonably mistake itfor authentic material.

18. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Activity

AI tools may be used on Falue when their use complies with these Guidelines.

You may not use AI or automation to:

Conduct scams or impersonation;
Generate prohibited sexual material involving minors;
Create nonconsensual intimate imagery;
Operate deceptive bot networks;
Manipulate ratings or engagement;
Mass-harass users;
Evade enforcement; or
Otherwise violate these Guidelines.

19. Messages, Calls, Groups, and Spaces

These Guidelines apply to Falue's communication features as well as publiccontent.

A person may not use direct messages, group chats, calls, video rooms, audiorooms, or Spaces to engage in conduct that would violate these Guidelineselsewhere on Falue.

Some enforcement decisions may take context and the privacy of a communicationinto account.

20. Businesses, Creators, and Promotions

Businesses, advertisers, creators, influencers, and other commercial usersmust comply with these Guidelines and any additional Falue commercial,advertising, or promotional policies.

Paid endorsements, sponsorships, and other commercial relationships mustinclude disclosures required by applicable law.

21. Reporting Content or Accounts

If you believe content or an account violates these Guidelines, use Falue'savailable reporting tools.

Reports may be reviewed using automated systems, human reviewers, or acombination of methods.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed. Falueevaluates reports under applicable policies, context, and law.

Knowingly abusing reporting systems to harass users or manipulate enforcementmay itself violate these Guidelines.

22. What Happens When Rules Are Broken

Falue may take different actions depending on the nature, severity,frequency, context, and risk of a violation.

Actions may include:

No action where no violation is found;
A warning;
Removing content;
Adding a warning or label;
Reducing content distribution;
Removing content from recommendations;
Removing fraudulent ratings or engagement;
Restricting messaging or other features;
Restricting livestreaming or Spaces;
Requiring account verification;
Temporarily suspending an account;
Permanently disabling an account
