Falue LLC ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual propertyrights of others and expects people who use Falue to do the same.

This Copyright DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners may reportcontent they believe infringes their copyrights, how users may respond tocertain copyright removals, and how Falue addresses repeat copyrightinfringement.

This Policy forms part of Falue's Terms of Service and applies to contentavailable through Falue's websites, applications, and related services.

1. Copyright on Falue

Falue allows users to create, upload, post, transmit, and share content.Users generally retain ownership of intellectual property rights they own intheir original content, subject to the rights granted to Falue under the Termsof Service.

You may only upload or share content that you have the legal right to use.

The fact that content is available elsewhere on the internet does notnecessarily mean that you have permission to upload, reproduce, distribute,modify, or publicly display it on Falue.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, andbelieve content available through Falue infringes your copyright, you maysubmit a copyright infringement notification to Falue's DMCA Department.

3. What a DMCA Notice Must Include

To help Falue process a copyright complaint under the Digital MillenniumCopyright Act ("DMCA"), the notification should contain the informationrequired by applicable law.

A notice should include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a personauthorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Ifmultiple copyrighted works are covered by one notification, you may provide arepresentative list where legally permitted.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing or is the subject ofinfringing activity.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow Falue to locate the material,such as the URL, post link, username, content identifier, screenshot togetherwith identifying information, or other specific location information.
5. Information reasonably sufficient for Falue to contact you, such as yourname, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in themanner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, orthe law.
7. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, underpenalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner ofan exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to evaluate or respond to a request.Falue may request additional information when reasonably necessary.

4. Identifying the Content Clearly

Please provide enough information for Falue to identify the specific materialyou want reviewed.

A statement such as "this account is stealing my content" without identifyingthe specific content may not provide enough information to process a DMCAnotice.

Where possible, provide a direct link or other specific identifier for eachpost, image, video, Reel, Story, comment, profile element, or other item youbelieve infringes your copyright.

5. What Happens After Falue Receives a Notice

When Falue receives a copyright notice, we may review the notice to determinewhether it appears to satisfy applicable requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, Falue may:

• Request additional information;
• Remove the reported material;
• Disable access to the reported material;
• Restrict distribution of the material while a matter is reviewed;
• Notify the user who submitted the material;
• Provide the affected user with information about the complaint;
• Record the copyright action against the relevant account;
• Take action under Falue's repeat-infringer policy; or
• Decline to remove material when the notice does not establish an adequate basis for removal.

Falue's receipt of a complaint does not mean Falue has determined thatcopyright infringement actually occurred.

6. Information We May Provide to the Affected User

When Falue removes or restricts content in response to a copyright complaint,we may notify the user who posted the content.

That notification may include information from the copyright notice, whichmay include the complaining party's name, contact information, description ofthe copyrighted work, and other information reasonably necessary to explainor process the claim.

If you are concerned about disclosure of your personal contact information,you may wish to have an authorized representative submit the notice on yourbehalf.

7. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled because of a DMCA copyright notice andyou believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may beable to submit a DMCA counter-notification.

A counter-notification should contain the information required by applicablelaw, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the locationwhere the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief thatthe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake ormisidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number; and
5. The legally required statement consenting to the jurisdiction of theappropriate United States federal district court and accepting service ofprocess from the person who submitted the original notification or thatperson's agent.

8. Restoration After a Counter-Notification

When Falue receives a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to theperson who submitted the original copyright notice.

As provided by applicable law, Falue may restore or re-enable the affectedmaterial after the legally applicable period unless the original complainingparty notifies Falue that they have filed an action seeking a court orderagainst the user concerning the material.

Falue may continue to restrict material where another valid legal or policybasis independently requires or permits its removal.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

Falue may restrict or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringecopyrights in appropriate circumstances.

In determining whether action is appropriate, Falue may consider factors suchas:

• The number of valid copyright complaints associated with an account;
• The nature of the alleged infringement;
• Whether content was restored following a valid counter-notification;
• Whether a complaint was withdrawn;
• Whether an infringement determination was reversed;
• The user's history on Falue;
• Attempts to evade copyright enforcement; and
• Other relevant circumstances.

Falue may permanently disable an account in appropriate circumstances.

Creating another account to evade a copyright-related suspension ortermination may result in additional enforcement.

10. Fraudulent or Abusive Copyright Claims

Do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive copyrightnotices or counter-notifications.

The DMCA provides potential consequences for knowingly materiallymisrepresenting that material is infringing or that material was removed ordisabled by mistake or misidentification.

Falue may take action against users who abuse copyright-reporting systems toharass others, suppress lawful speech, manipulate competition, or otherwisemisuse Falue's reporting tools.

11. Fair Use and Other Copyright Exceptions

Copyright law may permit certain uses of copyrighted material without thecopyright owner's permission.

Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, this may include doctrinesor exceptions involving fair use, criticism, commentary, news reporting,education, parody, research, quotation, or other legally protected uses.

Falue cannot provide you with legal advice about whether a particular usequalifies for an exception.

Before submitting a copyright complaint, you should consider whether thereported use may be authorized by law.

12. Copyright Is Different From Trademark

Copyright and trademark rights are different.

A copyright complaint generally concerns unauthorized use of originalcreative works such as photographs, videos, music, artwork, writing, or othercopyrightable material.

A trademark complaint generally concerns use of a name, logo, symbol, orother source identifier in a manner that may create legally actionableconfusion or otherwise violate trademark rights.

Do not submit a trademark dispute as a DMCA copyright notice unless thecomplaint also genuinely concerns copyright.

13. Copyright Is Different From Impersonation

An account pretending to be you does not automatically create a copyrightclaim.

Impersonation complaints should generally be submitted through Falue'simpersonation or account-reporting process unless copyrighted material is alsobeing infringed.

14. Ownership Disputes

Falue generally cannot resolve complex private ownership disputes betweenusers, businesses, creators, photographers, employers, contractors, recordlabels, production companies, or other parties.

For example, parties may disagree about who owns a photograph, video, logo,recording, design, or other work because of a contract, employmentrelationship, license, assignment, or collaboration.

Falue may request additional documentation or direct the parties to resolvecomplex ownership disputes through appropriate legal channels.

15. Content Licensed to Falue

Under Falue's Terms of Service, users retain the intellectual property rightsthey own in their original content while granting Falue certain rights to usethat content in connection with operating, providing, improving, securing,moderating, developing, and promoting the Services.

Those rights do not give a user permission to upload content that the userdoes not have the right to use.

16. Falue's Own Intellectual Property

Falue LLC owns or licenses intellectual property associated with the Falueplatform, including applicable trademarks, logos, software, interfaces,graphics, designs, platform elements, and other proprietary materials.

Nothing in this Policy grants permission to copy, reproduce, distribute,modify, or commercially exploit Falue's intellectual property except asexpressly authorized by Falue or permitted by law.

17. Preservation of Information

Falue may retain information relating to copyright notices,counter-notifications, removals, account actions, disputes, and repeatinfringement when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, enforcement,fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or recordkeeping.

18. Changes to This Policy

Falue may update this Copyright DMCA Policy to reflect changes in law,the Services, our procedures, or our intellectual-property practices.

When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes. The date at thetop of this Policy identifies the current version.
