Falue LLC ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our") provides users with ways todelete their Falue accounts and, where applicable, request deletion ofpersonal information.

This Account Data Deletion Policy explains what happens when you deletea Falue account, what information may be removed, what information may remain,and circumstances in which Falue may retain certain information.

This Policy should be read together with Falue's Privacy Policy, Terms ofService, and U.S. Privacy Rights Notice.

1. Deleting Your Falue Account

You may request deletion of your Falue account through the account settingsor other deletion method Falue makes available.

Falue may require you to authenticate your account before accepting adeletion request.

This helps prevent another person from deleting your account without yourpermission.

2. Account Deletion Is Different From Logging Out

Logging out of Falue does not delete your account.

Deleting the Falue application from your device also does not automaticallydelete your Falue account.

To delete your account, you must use Falue's account-deletion process orotherwise submit a valid deletion request.

3. Account Deactivation

If Falue offers account deactivation, deactivation and deletion aredifferent.

A deactivated account may be temporarily hidden or unavailable while theunderlying account information remains associated with the account.

A deleted account enters Falue's deletion process and is intended to bepermanently removed subject to the exceptions described in this Policy.

4. What Happens When You Request Deletion

After Falue receives and verifies an account-deletion request, we may begin adeletion process that includes:

• Disabling or closing the account;
• Removing the profile from ordinary public access;
• Removing or disassociating certain account information;
• Deleting or de-identifying personal information where appropriate;
• Removing content from active systems where applicable;
• Ending active login sessions;
• Revoking certain account credentials or tokens; and
• Scheduling applicable information for deletion from other systems.

5. Deletion May Not Be Instantaneous

Account deletion may require time to complete across Falue's systems.

Information may remain temporarily in backups, caches, logs, content-deliverysystems, security systems, or other technical infrastructure after it is nolonger visible through the active Falue account.

Falue may complete deletion within different time periods depending on thetype of information, technical system, applicable law, and reason forretention.

6. Your Posts and Uploaded Content

When your account is deleted, Falue may delete, de-identify, or remove fromactive display content associated solely with your account, subject to theTerms of Service and the exceptions described in this Policy.

This may include:

• Posts;
• Photos;
• Videos;
• Reels;
• Stories;
• Profile content;
• Comments;
• Ratings or reviews;
• Other user-generated content; and
• Associated account information.

7. Content Shared by Other People

Deleting your account does not necessarily delete information or content thatanother person independently created or lawfully maintains.

For example, another user may have:

• Reposted or shared content;
• Quoted you;
• Mentioned your username;
• Created a post about you;
• Included you in their own content; or
• Maintained information that is independently part of their account.

Whether such content remains available depends on the circumstances,applicable law, Falue's policies, and the rights of the other user.

8. Reposted Content

If another user has reposted or shared your content through a Falue feature,deleting the original content or account may affect the repost depending onhow the feature operates.

Some reposts may disappear with the original content, while other contentcreated independently by another user may remain.

9. Messages

Deleting your account does not necessarily remove every message from anotherperson's account or conversation history.

Messages you previously sent may remain visible to recipients where necessaryto preserve the integrity and context of their conversations, subject toFalue's features, applicable law, and retention practices.

Falue may de-identify or otherwise change how a deleted account is representedwithin an existing conversation.

10. Voice and Video Call Information

Falue may delete or de-identify account-associated call information accordingto our retention practices.

Certain technical metadata, security records, abuse reports, or legallyrequired records relating to calls may be retained where necessary andpermitted by law.

11. Ratings and Reviews

Because ratings and reviews may affect other users, content, reputationsystems, or platform integrity, deletion of an account does not necessarilyrequire Falue to erase every resulting aggregate rating or statisticaleffect.

Falue may remove, de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise process ratings andreviews associated with a deleted account in accordance with applicable law.

Information that has been genuinely de-identified or aggregated so that it nolonger identifies you may be retained.

12. Followers and Friends

Deleting your account will generally terminate account-based friend, follower,following, and similar social relationships associated with the deletedaccount.

Historical security or integrity records relating to those relationships maybe retained where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

13. AI and Machine-Learning Systems

As described in Falue's Privacy Policy, certain public information may beused to develop, train, test, evaluate, secure, and improve Falue'sartificial-intelligence and machine-learning systems.

Deleting your account will prevent Falue from continuing to treat deletedaccount information as active account information, subject to applicableretention requirements.

Deletion does not necessarily require Falue to retrain, rebuild, or reversethe historical training of an existing machine-learning model whereapplicable law does not require such action and where the original personalinformation cannot reasonably be extracted from the model.

Falue may nevertheless apply deletion, suppression, de-identification, modelmanagement, or other measures where required by applicable law or reasonablyappropriate based on the technology involved.

The contents of ordinary private direct messages or private voice and videocommunications are not used merely to train Falue's general-purposegenerative AI models.

14. De-Identified and Aggregated Information

Falue may retain information that has been aggregated or de-identified sothat it is no longer reasonably linked to you, subject to applicable law.

Such information may be used for analytics, research, security, platformmeasurement, product development, safety, and other legitimate purposes.

15. Backups

Information may remain in encrypted or otherwise protected backup systems fora period of time after account deletion.

Backups are maintained for purposes such as disaster recovery, security,business continuity, and system integrity.

Information retained solely in backups may not be readily accessible throughFalue's ordinary production systems and may be deleted or overwrittenaccording to Falue's backup schedules.

16. Security and Fraud Records

Falue may retain certain information after account deletion where reasonablynecessary to:

• Prevent fraud;
• Prevent account takeover;
• Detect malicious activity;
• Prevent ban evasion;
• Protect users;
• Protect Falue's systems;
• Investigate security incidents; or
• Maintain platform integrity.

For example, Falue may need to retain limited information about a permanentlybanned account to prevent the same person from immediately creating anotheraccount to continue serious abuse.

17. Moderation and Enforcement Records

Falue may retain records relating to reports, policy violations, accountrestrictions, appeals, suspensions, or enforcement actions where reasonablynecessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or prevention of repeatedabuse.

This does not mean that deleted account information will remain publiclyvisible.

18. Child-Safety Records

Information associated with child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion,or other serious child-safety matters may be retained where required orpermitted by law.

Falue may also preserve or report relevant information to appropriateauthorities or child-safety organizations where legally required orpermitted.

19. Copyright and DMCA Records

Falue may retain copyright notices, counter-notifications, repeat-infringerrecords, and related information after an account is deleted where reasonablynecessary for legal compliance, enforcement, or dispute resolution.

20. Intimate Content Removal Records

Falue may retain limited records concerning nonconsensual intimate imageryremoval requests and enforcement where necessary to prevent re-uploading,identify known copies, comply with law, protect affected individuals, ormaintain evidence.

Removal from public access does not prevent Falue from preserving informationfor these limited purposes where legally permitted.

21. Legal Obligations

Falue may retain information when required or permitted by applicable law,including for:

• Valid legal process;
• Preservation obligations;
• Litigation;
• Regulatory requirements;
• Tax or accounting requirements where applicable;
• Government requests;
• Legal claims;
• Compliance investigations; or
• Other lawful purposes.

22. Pending Investigations

If an account is involved in a pending safety, security, fraud, legal, orpolicy investigation, Falue may preserve relevant information even if accountdeletion has been requested.

Retention will be limited as appropriate to the investigation and applicablelegal requirements.

23. Account Deletion During Suspension

A suspended or restricted user may still be permitted to request accountdeletion where required by law.

Deleting an account does not erase Falue's ability to retain limitedenforcement information necessary to prevent serious abuse, fraud, or banevasion.

24. Canceling a Deletion Request

If Falue provides a waiting period before permanent deletion, you may be ableto cancel the deletion request by signing back into your account or usinganother method Falue provides during that period.

Once permanent deletion has progressed beyond the point at which restorationis technically available, Falue may not be able to recover your account orcontent.

25. Downloading Your Information Before Deletion

Where available, you may request or download a copy of certain Falueinformation before deleting your account.

If you want to preserve photographs, videos, posts, or other information,consider using available data-download tools before requesting permanentdeletion.

A pending deletion request may affect Falue's ability to generate a new dataexport after deletion has begun.

26. Privacy Deletion Requests

Account deletion and a privacy-law deletion request may overlap but are notalways identical.

Eligible users may have additional rights to request deletion of personalinformation under applicable privacy laws.

27. Verification

Falue may verify your identity before processing an account or data-deletionrequest.

Verification is intended to prevent unauthorized people from deleting orobtaining control over another person's information.

The information required for verification may depend on the account andnature of the request.

28. Requests From Authorized Agents

Where applicable law allows an authorized agent to submit a deletion request,Falue may request evidence that the agent is authorized to act for theindividual.

Falue may also verify the identity of the individual directly where permittedby law.

29. Requests Concerning a Deceased User

Requests concerning the account of a deceased person may require specializedreview.

Falue may request documentation establishing death and the requestingperson's legal authority where appropriate.

Falue may offer deletion, memorialization, preservation, or other accountoptions depending on the circumstances and available features.

30. Teen Accounts

Teen users may request account deletion through Falue's available accountcontrols.

Requests from parents or guardians concerning a teen account will be handledin accordance with applicable law, the teen's privacy rights, account safety,and the requesting person's legal authority.

A parent or guardian does not automatically receive access to the contents ofa teen's private communications merely because they request deletion.

31. Under-13 Accounts

If Falue determines that an account is being operated by a child who does notmeet Falue's minimum-age requirements, Falue may disable and delete theaccount and associated information in accordance with applicable law.

Certain limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance,safety, or prevention of repeated violations.

32. Information We Cannot Delete Because It Belongs to Someone Else

A deletion request concerning your information does not automatically giveyou the right to delete another user's independently created content orpersonal information.

Falue will evaluate privacy, safety, intellectual-property, and other removalrequests under the policy and law applicable to the particular content.

33. Search Engines and External Copies

After Falue removes public content, copies or cached versions may remaintemporarily visible through search engines or other third-party services.

Falue does not control independent copies maintained by third parties outsideof the Services.

34. How to Delete Your Account

Where available, users should use Falue's in-product account deletioncontrols.
