U.S. Privacy Rights

This U.S. Privacy Rights Notice supplements Falue's Privacy Policy andprovides additional information about privacy rights that may be available toresidents of certain U.S. states.

Falue LLC ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our") provides the rights required byapplicable privacy law. The rights available to you may differ depending onwhere you live, the type of information involved, how you use Falue, andexceptions provided by law.

Nothing in this Notice is intended to provide fewer rights than applicablelaw requires.

1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you mayhave the right to request that Falue:

• Confirm whether we process personal information about you;
• Provide access to certain personal information;
• Provide information about categories of personal information we collect;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete certain personal information;
• Provide a portable copy of certain personal information;
• Provide information concerning categories of third parties to which information is disclosed;
• Opt you out of certain targeted advertising;
• Opt you out of certain sales of personal information, where legally applicable;
• Opt you out of certain sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where legally applicable;
• Opt you out of certain profiling or automated decision-making where applicable law provides such a right;
• Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where legally required;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and applicable law provides that right; or
• Appeal certain decisions Falue makes regarding your privacy request.

Not every right applies in every state or to every type of personalinformation.

2. Right to Know and Access

Where applicable, you may request information about personal informationFalue has collected or processed about you.

Depending on applicable law, this may include information concerning:

• Categories of personal information collected;
• Specific pieces of personal information;
• Sources of personal information;
• Purposes for collecting or processing information;
• Categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed;
• Categories of information sold or shared where those legal definitions apply; and
• Other information required by applicable law.

3. Right to Correction

Where applicable, you may request correction of inaccurate personalinformation Falue maintains about you.

Some information may be corrected directly through your Falue profile oraccount settings.

For information that cannot be changed through your account, you may submit aprivacy request.

4. Right to Delete

Where applicable, you may request deletion of personal information Falue hascollected from or about you.

A deletion request does not necessarily require Falue to delete every pieceof information immediately or in every circumstance.

Applicable law may permit Falue to retain information when reasonablynecessary for purposes such as:

• Providing a service requested by you;
• Completing transactions;
• Security;
• Fraud prevention;
• Detecting and preventing abuse;
• Protecting users;
• Debugging and repairing errors;
• Exercising or protecting legal rights;
• Complying with legal obligations;
• Maintaining records required by law;
• Internal uses permitted by applicable law; or
• Other legally recognized exceptions.

5. Right to Data Portability

Where required by applicable law, you may request a portable copy of certainpersonal information you previously provided to Falue or that is otherwisecovered by a portability right.

Falue may provide information in a reasonably usable format where technicallyfeasible and legally required.

6. Sale of Personal Information

Some state privacy laws use the term "sale" broadly and may define a saledifferently from the ordinary meaning of exchanging information directly formoney.

If Falue engages in processing that constitutes a "sale" of personalinformation under an applicable state privacy law, Falue will provide anynotice and opt-out rights required by that law.

Falue will not describe information as "not sold" merely because no moneychanges hands if applicable law treats the activity as a sale.

7. Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

Certain laws, including California privacy law, may provide rights regardingthe "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioraladvertising.

Where Falue engages in activity legally defined as such sharing, eligibleusers may exercise the applicable opt-out right.

8. Targeted Advertising

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of targeted advertising,eligible users may request that Falue stop processing covered personalinformation for that purpose.

This does not necessarily prevent Falue from displaying all advertisements.For example, contextual advertisements that do not rely on processing coveredby the opt-out may still be displayed.

9. Profiling and Automated Decision-Making

Falue uses automated systems, algorithms, and machine-learning technologiesfor functions that may include recommendations, feed ranking, search,moderation, fraud prevention, safety, ratings integrity, spam detection, andother platform operations.

Certain state laws may provide rights concerning specific forms of profilingthat produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Where Falue engages in processing covered by such a right, we will providethe legally required mechanism to exercise it.

Ordinary content recommendations or feed ranking do not necessarilyconstitute legally regulated profiling producing a significant effect.

10. Artificial Intelligence

As explained in Falue's Privacy Policy, Falue may use certain information todevelop, train, test, evaluate, improve, secure, and operate artificialintelligence, machine learning, recommendation, ranking, search, moderation,fraud-detection, and safety technologies.

Where applicable law provides rights concerning particular uses of personalinformation in automated systems or artificial intelligence, Falue willprovide those rights as legally required.

Falue does not use the contents of ordinary private direct messages orprivate voice or video communications merely to train general-purposegenerative AI models.

11. Sensitive Personal Information

Certain state laws provide additional protections for information legallyclassified as sensitive personal information or sensitive data.

Depending on applicable law, this may include certain:

• Government identification information;
• Financial account credentials;
• Precise geolocation;
• Health information;
• Biometric information used for identification;
• Information concerning racial or ethnic origin;
• Religious beliefs;
• Sexual orientation or sex life;
• Citizenship or immigration status;
• Genetic information;
• Contents of certain private communications; or
• Other information defined as sensitive by applicable law.

Falue will provide any consent, limitation, opt-out, or other rights requiredbefore processing sensitive information for purposes that trigger thoserequirements.

12. Information About Teen Users

Falue is intended for users age 13 and older and applies additionalprotections to users under 18.

Certain state laws provide heightened privacy protections for teenagers,particularly regarding targeted advertising, profiling, sale or sharing ofpersonal information, and other processing.

Falue will apply legally required protections based on the user's age andjurisdiction.

Falue may also maintain protections that go beyond minimum legal requirementsas described in our Teen Safety Policy.

13. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer PrivacyAct, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), subjectto applicable thresholds, definitions, exceptions, and exemptions.

Depending on applicability, these may include rights to:

• Know categories of personal information collected;
• Know sources and purposes of collection;
• Know categories of third parties receiving personal information;
• Access specific pieces of personal information;
• Delete personal information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale of personal information;
• Opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
• Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights; and
• Use an authorized agent where permitted.

14. Categories of Personal Information

Depending on how a person uses Falue, categories of personal information wemay collect can include:

• Identifiers, such as username, email address, IP address, and device identifiers;
• Account and profile information;
• Internet or electronic-network activity;
• User-generated content;
• Ratings, reviews, and interaction information;
• Social connections;
• Approximate location information;
• Precise location where a user enables a feature requiring it;
• Commercial information where applicable;
• Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information;
• Communications and associated metadata;
• Inferences concerning interests or preferences;
• Moderation, safety, and account-integrity information; and
• Other information described in Falue's Privacy Policy.

15. Sources of Personal Information

Falue may obtain personal information from:

• You;
• Your device;
• Your activity on Falue;
• Other Falue users;
• Service providers;
• Business partners;
• Advertising or measurement partners where applicable;
• Security and fraud-prevention providers;
• Publicly available sources where legally permitted; and
• Other sources described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Business and Commercial Purposes

Falue may collect, use, or disclose information for purposes including:

• Providing the Services;
• Maintaining accounts;
• Personalization;
• Recommendations;
• Ratings and reputation features;
• Safety and security;
• Fraud prevention;
• Content moderation;
• Analytics;
• Research and development;
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning as described in our Privacy Policy;
• Advertising where applicable;
• Customer support;
• Legal compliance;
• Protecting rights and safety; and
• Other purposes disclosed when information is collected.

17. Categories of Recipients

Depending on the circumstances, Falue may disclose information to categoriesof recipients such as:

• Other users;
• The public when you make information public;
• Cloud and hosting providers;
• Content-delivery providers;
• Security providers;
• Analytics providers;
• Customer-support providers;
• Payment processors where applicable;
• Moderation and safety service providers;
• Advertising or measurement partners where applicable;
• Professional advisers;
• Authorities where disclosure is legally required or permitted; and
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or other corporate transaction.

18. Non-Discrimination

Falue will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercise aprivacy right provided by applicable law.

For example, where prohibited by law, Falue will not deny services, charge adifferent price, or provide a different level or quality of service solelybecause you exercised a protected privacy right.

This does not prevent Falue from making distinctions permitted by law oroffering lawful programs with legally required disclosures and consent.

19. How to Submit a Privacy Request

Eligible privacy requests may be submitted through Falue's available accountcontrols, privacy tools, or support channels.

Clearly identify the privacy right you are requesting to exercise.

20. Verification of Requests

Falue may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacyrequests.

Verification protects accounts and personal information from unauthorizedaccess or deletion.

Falue may request information reasonably necessary to match you to an accountor verify that you are the person to whom the information relates.

We will not intentionally request substantially more personal informationthan reasonably necessary for verification.

21. Authorized Agents

Where applicable law permits, you may authorize another person to submit aprivacy request on your behalf.

Falue may require evidence that the agent has authority to act for you and mayalso verify your identity directly where permitted by law.

22. Responding to Requests

Falue will respond to verified privacy requests within the time required byapplicable law.

Where legally permitted, Falue may extend the response period when reasonablynecessary and will provide notice of an extension where required.

Falue may deny or limit a request when an applicable legal exception applies.When required, we will explain the basis for the decision.

23. Appeals

Residents of certain states may have the right to appeal Falue's refusal totake action on a privacy request.

If an appeal right applies, instructions for submitting an appeal may beincluded with Falue's response to your request.

24. Browser-Based Opt-Out Signals

Where required by applicable law, Falue will process legally recognizedbrowser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control("GPC"), for processing to which those signals legally apply.

A signal may apply to the browser or device from which it is received unlessapplicable law or available technology allows Falue to associate the choicewith a broader account.
