Falue LLC ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our") wants people to be able toparticipate, express themselves, connect with others, and give honest feedbackwithout compromising their safety.
This Safety Reporting Policy explains how to report content, accounts,communications, and conduct on Falue; how reports may be reviewed; and some ofthe actions Falue may take in response.
This Policy works together with Falue's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy,Community Guidelines, Copyright DMCA Policy, and other applicablepolicies.
1. Reporting Something on Falue
If you believe content, an account, or activity violates Falue's rules, youmay use the reporting tools available through the Services.
Depending on the feature, you may be able to report:
- A profile or account;
- A post;
- A photograph or video;
- A Reel or Story;
- A comment;
- A rating or review;
- A direct message;
- A group conversation;
- A voice or video interaction;
- A Space or room;
- Impersonation;
- Spam or scams;
- Harassment or threats;
- Sexual or intimate content;
- A child-safety concern;
- A privacy violation;
- Intellectual-property infringement; or
- Other conduct that may violate Falue's policies.
The reporting options available may vary depending on the feature, device,account, and type of concern.
2. What to Include in a Report
Providing clear and accurate information can help Falue evaluate a report.
Where appropriate, a report may include:
- The account or username involved;
- The specific content being reported;
- A link or other content identifier;
- The reason for the report;
- Relevant dates or times;
- Relevant screenshots or supporting information;
- A description of what happened; and
- Any additional information requested by Falue.
Do not submit false information, fabricated evidence, or altered evidenceintended to mislead Falue.
3. What Happens After You Report Something
Submitting a report does not automatically mean the reported content oraccount will be removed.
Falue may review the report against our Terms, Community Guidelines, safetystandards, applicable law, and other relevant policies.
Depending on the circumstances, Falue may:
- Determine that no violation occurred;
- Request additional information;
- Issue a warning;
- Remove content;
- Apply a warning or sensitive-content label;
- Reduce distribution or recommendation of content;
- Remove fraudulent ratings or engagement;
- Restrict messaging or other features;
- Restrict livestreaming, calls, groups, or Spaces;
- Require account verification;
- Temporarily suspend an account;
- Permanently disable an account;
- Prevent or restrict replacement accounts;
- Preserve relevant information;
- Refer a matter to a specialized review process; or
- Take other action reasonably appropriate to the circumstances.
4. How Reports Are Reviewed
Falue may use human reviewers, automated systems, artificial intelligence,specialized safety technologies, or combinations of these methods to detect,prioritize, evaluate, and respond to potential violations.
Certain categories of reports may receive specialized review because of theirseverity or legal requirements.
Automated systems and human reviewers can make mistakes. Where Falue providesan appeal process, eligible users may request review of certain enforcementdecisions.
5. Blocking Users
Falue may provide tools that allow you to block another user.
Depending on the feature, blocking may limit that person's ability to viewyour profile, contact you, interact with your content, or otherwise engagewith you through Falue.
Blocking does not necessarily remove content that has already been shared,prevent every form of interaction, or prevent a person from viewing publicinformation outside of a logged-in account.
If someone creates new accounts to evade a block for the purpose of continuedharassment, report the conduct to Falue.
6. Harassment, Stalking, and Threats
Report credible threats, stalking, coordinated harassment, severe bullying,sexual harassment, repeated unwanted contact, or other conduct that mayviolate Falue's Community Guidelines.
When reviewing these reports, Falue may consider context, severity, frequency,the relationship between the parties, previous enforcement history, andwhether there appears to be a credible risk of real-world harm.
7. Immediate or Emergency Danger
Falue is not an emergency-response service.
If you or another person is in immediate physical danger, contact theappropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority rather thanrelying solely on a Falue report.
You may also report the relevant content or account to Falue so that we canevaluate potential violations of our policies.
Where permitted by law, Falue may preserve or disclose information when wereasonably believe doing so is necessary to respond to an emergency involvingan imminent risk of death or serious physical injury.
8. Child Safety Reports
Falue has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Immediately report content or conduct involving suspected:
- Child sexual abuse material;
- Sexual exploitation of a minor;
- Grooming;
- Sextortion involving a minor;
- Sexual solicitation of a minor;
- Trafficking or exploitation of a child;
- Predatory adult-to-minor contact; or
- Other serious threats to a child's safety.
Do not download, save, forward, repost, or redistribute suspected child sexualabuse material in an attempt to document or report it.
Use Falue's reporting tools and, where appropriate, report the matter to therelevant authorities or authorized child-safety reporting organization.
Falue may preserve information, disable accounts, restrict access, and makereports to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations whererequired or permitted by law.
9. Teen Safety
Falue requires users to be at least 13 years old.
Users ages 13 through 17 may receive additional safety and privacy protections,including restrictions involving messaging, discovery, recommendations,sensitive content, location, livestreaming, adult-to-minor interaction, andother features.
Users should report adults or other users who attempt to circumvent theseprotections, solicit sexual material from minors, engage in grooming, orotherwise behave in a predatory manner.
10. Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery
Falue prohibits qualifying nonconsensual intimate imagery, including certainauthentic and digitally created or manipulated intimate depictions.
If an intimate image or video of you has been posted without your consent, orif someone is threatening to distribute qualifying intimate material, useFalue's dedicated intimate-content reporting or removal process whenavailable.
These reports may receive specialized handling separate from ordinaryCommunity Guidelines reports.
Falue will maintain procedures designed to satisfy applicable legalrequirements, including the TAKE IT DOWN Act where applicable.
11. Impersonation
You may report an account that is deceptively pretending to be you, anotherperson, a business, organization, or public figure.
Falue may request information reasonably necessary to determine identity,authority, or whether the account is misleading.
Parody, commentary, fan, or similar accounts may be treated differently whentheir nature is reasonably clear and they otherwise comply with Falue'spolicies.
12. Scams and Fraud
Report accounts or content that appear to be involved in phishing, identitytheft, fraudulent investment schemes, romance scams, payment fraud,credential theft, fake giveaways, fraudulent fundraising, or other deceptiveschemes.
Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials, orother highly sensitive information to people who contact you unexpectedly.
Falue may restrict accounts, links, messages, or other activity associatedwith suspected fraud or malicious conduct.
13. Privacy Violations and Doxxing
You may report certain unauthorized disclosures of sensitive personalinformation, including information used to threaten, intimidate, extort,stalk, or endanger another person.
Not every appearance of personal information violates Falue's policies.Falue may consider whether the information is already publicly available,whether the person disclosed it themselves, the sensitivity of theinformation, context, newsworthiness, and the risk of harm.
14. Copyright Reports
Copyright claims should generally be submitted through Falue's Copyright DMCA process rather than through an ordinary Community Guidelinesreport.

15. Trademark and Other Intellectual Property Reports
Trademark, counterfeit, impersonation, publicity-right, and otherintellectual-property complaints may require information different from acopyright complaint.
Falue may request evidence of ownership, registration, authorization, orother information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
16. Reporting Ratings and Reviews
A low rating or negative review does not violate Falue's policies merelybecause someone disagrees with it.
However, users may report ratings or reviews they reasonably believe involve:
- Artificial or automated ratings;
- Rating manipulation;
- Coordinated rating attacks;
- Multiple-account manipulation;
- Purchased or traded ratings;
- Threats or coercion involving ratings;
- Fraudulent reviews;
- Harassment prohibited by Falue's policies; or
- Other attempts to corrupt Falue's rating system.
Falue may remove, exclude, recalculate, or otherwise disregard manipulated orfraudulent rating activity.
17. Messages, Calls, Groups, and Spaces
Falue's rules apply to communication features as well as public content.
You may be able to report messages, participants, group activity, calls,video interactions, audio interactions, or Spaces depending on the feature.
When a user reports a private interaction, Falue may process informationreasonably necessary to investigate the report, enforce our policies, protectusers, and comply with law.
18. Information About the Person Who Reports
Falue generally does not disclose the identity of a person who submits anordinary safety or Community Guidelines report to the reported user merelybecause a report was made.
However, information may be disclosed where required by law, legal process,the nature of a specialized complaint, or where disclosure is reasonablynecessary to process a request.
Copyright notices, legal claims, and certain other formal processes mayrequire information about the complaining party to be provided to anotherperson.
19. Confidentiality of Reports
Falue takes reasonable steps to limit access to report information to peopleand systems that need the information for review, safety, security, legal,operational, or enforcement purposes.
Falue cannot promise absolute confidentiality in every circumstance,particularly where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protectsafety or legal rights.
20. False and Abusive Reports
Do not abuse Falue's reporting systems.
Prohibited reporting abuse may include:
- Knowingly submitting false reports;
- Coordinating mass reports against someone solely to silence them;
- Fabricating evidence;
- Submitting reports to harass another user;
- Using reporting tools to manipulate ratings or competition;
- Repeatedly submitting substantially identical bad-faith reports; or
- Misrepresenting yourself as a rights holder or authorized representative.
Falue may restrict reporting privileges or take account action where reportingsystems are intentionally abused.
21. Evidence and Preservation
Falue may preserve content, account information, reports, communications,technical records, or other relevant information when reasonably necessaryfor:
- Safety investigations;
- Fraud prevention;
- Security incidents;
- Legal compliance;
- Valid preservation requests;
- Enforcement of Falue's policies;
- Appeals;
- Dispute resolution; or
- Protection of Falue, its users, or other people.
Content removed from public view may therefore be retained for a period oftime for legitimate safety, security, or legal purposes.
22. Law-Enforcement Requests
Falue may respond to legally valid requests from law-enforcement agencies,courts, regulators, or other governmental authorities as required orpermitted by applicable law.
Falue may require appropriate legal process before disclosing userinformation unless an applicable emergency or other lawful exception applies.
Falue may reject, narrow, or challenge requests that we reasonably believe areinvalid, unlawful, or overbroad, but is not obligated to challenge everyrequest.
23. Appeals
Where Falue provides an appeal process, eligible users may request review ofcertain content removals, account restrictions, suspensions, or otherenforcement decisions.
An appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.
Falue may consider the original content, context, account history, additionalinformation, applicable policies, and other relevant circumstances.
Some decisions may not be eligible for appeal, particularly where legal,security, or severe safety considerations apply.
24. We Cannot Guarantee Every Harm Will Be Prevented
Falue uses policies, technology, reporting tools, moderation, and safetysystems designed to reduce harmful activity.
However, no online service can identify or prevent every harmful interaction,illegal act, policy violation, scam, threat, or abusive user.
Users should exercise reasonable judgment when interacting with people onlineand use available privacy, blocking, reporting, and account-security tools.
25. Changes to This Policy
Falue may update this Safety Reporting Policy as our Services, safetysystems, reporting processes, legal obligations, or policies evolve.
When appropriate, Falue may provide notice of material changes. The date atthe top of this Policy identifies the current version.
