Falue LLC ("Falue," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providingadditional protections for younger members of the Falue community.

Falue is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. This Teen SafetyPolicy explains protections, restrictions, and safety standards that mayapply to users ages 13 through 17 ("teen users").

This Policy works together with Falue's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy,Community Guidelines, Safety Reporting Policy, and other applicablepolicies.

1. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create or maintain a Falue account.

If the law where a person lives requires a higher minimum age or additionalconsent before the person may lawfully use particular features, Falue mayapply additional requirements.

Falue does not knowingly permit children under 13 to maintain ordinary Falueaccounts where doing so would violate applicable law.

2. Age Information

Falue may request a user's date of birth, age, or other age-relatedinformation when an account is created or when certain features are used.

Users must provide accurate age information.

Providing a false age in order to bypass Falue's teen-safety protections,access age-restricted features, contact younger users improperly, or evadeanother safety measure may violate Falue's policies.

3. Age Assurance

Where appropriate or required by law, Falue may use reasonable age-assuranceor age-verification measures.

Depending on the circumstances, these measures may include:

• Date-of-birth information;
• Account information;
• Age-estimation technologies where legally permitted;
• Identity or age-verification providers;
• Additional verification requested from a user;
• Signals indicating that an account's stated age may be inaccurate; or
• Other lawful age-assurance methods.

Falue may restrict features or accounts while an age-related concern is beingreviewed.

4. Teen Account Protections

Falue may provide teen users with different account settings, defaults,features, and restrictions from adult users.

These protections may affect:

• Account visibility;
• Profile discovery;
• Messaging;
• Friend and follower interactions;
• Adult-to-minor interactions;
• Content recommendations;
• Sensitive or mature content;
• Search and discovery;
• Location features;
• Advertising;
• Livestreaming;
• Voice and video communications;
• Spaces or rooms;
• AI-powered features; and
• Other experiences that may present additional risks to younger users.

The exact protections may vary based on age, location, law, feature, andFalue's evolving safety practices.

5. Adult-to-Teen Interactions

Falue may restrict how adult accounts can discover, contact, message, follow,invite, or otherwise interact with teen accounts.

These restrictions may be stronger when there is a significant agedifference, when users do not have an established connection, or when Faluedetects signals associated with potentially unsafe behavior.

Falue may prevent or limit contact even when neither account has previouslybeen penalized.

6. Grooming and Predatory Behavior

Falue has zero tolerance for grooming or sexual exploitation of minors.

Adults and other users may not:

• Sexually solicit a minor;
• Request sexual photographs or videos from a minor;
• Send sexual material to a minor for exploitative purposes;
• Attempt to build trust with a minor for sexual exploitation;
• Pressure a minor to move a conversation to another service for exploitative purposes;
• Offer money, gifts, opportunities, or benefits in exchange for sexual activity or sexual material involving a minor;
• Threaten or blackmail a minor using sexual material;
• Attempt to arrange unlawful sexual contact with a minor;
• Encourage a minor to conceal an inappropriate relationship from a parent, guardian, or other trusted adult for exploitative purposes; or
• Use multiple accounts or false age information to circumvent Falue's teen protections.

Conduct of this nature may result in immediate permanent account action and,where required or permitted by law, reports to appropriate authorities orchild-safety organizations.

7. Child Sexual Abuse Material

Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") is strictly prohibited on Falue.

Users may not upload, request, possess through the Services, distribute,trade, sell, promote, or facilitate access to CSAM.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the material is postedpublicly or transmitted through private features.

Do not download, save, screenshot, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM inan attempt to report it.

Instead, use Falue's reporting tools and, where appropriate, contact anauthorized child-safety organization or law-enforcement agency.

8. Sexual Content Involving Minors

Falue prohibits sexual content involving minors even when the material doesnot depict explicit sexual activity.

This may include sexualization of minors, exploitative sexual commentary,sexual solicitation, sexual role-play involving actual minors, or othercontent that places minors at risk of exploitation.

9. Sextortion

Sextortion involving minors is strictly prohibited.

Users may not threaten to distribute sexual or intimate material involving aminor in order to obtain money, additional images, sexual activity,continued contact, or anything else of value.

Falue may take immediate enforcement action against accounts associated withsextortion.

10. Direct Messages

Falue may apply special protections to direct messaging involving teen users.

Depending on age and circumstances, Falue may:

• Limit who may initiate a conversation with a teen;
• Restrict unsolicited messages from adults;
• Limit message requests;
• Provide additional blocking or reporting controls;
• Detect certain patterns associated with spam, exploitation, or abuse;
• Restrict accounts exhibiting suspicious behavior; or
• Apply other safety measures.

A user's ability to send a message does not mean Falue has determined that theinteraction is safe.

11. Voice and Video Calls

Falue may restrict voice or video calling involving teen accounts,particularly calls initiated by adults who do not have an establishedconnection with the teen.

Teen users should end and report calls involving sexual conduct, threats,coercion, requests for intimate material, attempts to obtain sensitivepersonal information, or other concerning behavior.

12. Spaces, Rooms, and Group Communications

Teen-safety rules apply to audio Spaces, video rooms, group chats, and othermulti-user communication features.

Falue may restrict teen access to particular Spaces, rooms, groups, orfeatures based on age, content, participants, or safety risk.

Hosts and participants may not use these features to circumvent restrictionsthat would otherwise apply to adult-to-minor interactions.

13. Livestreaming

Falue may establish minimum-age requirements or additional restrictions forlivestreaming.

Teen livestreams may be subject to different discovery, interaction,moderation, gifting, monetization, commenting, or audience controls.

Falue may interrupt or terminate a livestream when we reasonably believethere is a serious safety concern or violation of our policies.

14. Sensitive and Mature Content

Falue may prevent teen users from accessing certain mature, sexually explicit,graphic, violent, dangerous, or otherwise age-inappropriate content.

Other sensitive content may receive warning screens, reduced recommendation,age restrictions, or other limitations.

Users may not intentionally mislabel or disguise mature content to bypassFalue's age-based protections.

15. Recommendations and Discovery

Falue may use different recommendation and discovery rules for teen users.

Certain content, accounts, search results, topics, Spaces, or recommendationsmay be excluded or limited for teen accounts even when the same material isavailable to adults.

Falue may also limit how widely a teen account itself is recommended ordiscoverable.

16. Location Privacy

Falue may limit location-related features for teen users.

Teen users should exercise caution before sharing their home address, school,routine, real-time location, or other information that could allow strangersto locate them.

Where Falue offers precise-location features, device or account permission maybe required, and additional teen restrictions may apply.

17. Personal Information

Teen users should not publicly post highly sensitive personal information suchas passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials, governmentidentification numbers, or other information that could be used for identitytheft or account compromise.

Falue may remove or restrict sensitive information where necessary to protecta teen from a credible safety risk.

18. Ratings and Teen Users

Falue's rating features must not be used to bully, sexually exploit, coerce,or organize harassment against teen users.

Falue may remove fraudulent or abusive ratings, restrict rating functionality,or take other action when ratings are being manipulated or weaponized againsta minor.

A genuine negative opinion does not automatically violate Falue's policies.Context and conduct matter.

19. Advertising and Teen Users

Falue may apply additional restrictions to advertising, targeting,personalization, profiling, or commercial experiences involving users under18.

Falue will comply with applicable laws concerning the use of teen informationfor targeted advertising or other regulated advertising practices.

Certain categories of advertising may be prohibited from being directed toteen users even when those advertisements may be shown to adults.

20. Artificial Intelligence and Teen Data

Falue may use automated systems and machine learning for safety, moderation,spam prevention, fraud detection, age-appropriate recommendations, andoperation of the Services.

Falue may apply additional restrictions to the use of information associatedwith teen users for artificial-intelligence or machine-learning development,personalization, advertising, and other automated processing.

The contents of ordinary private direct messages or private voice and videocommunications are not used merely to train Falue's general-purposegenerative AI models.

If a teen intentionally uses an AI-powered feature, information submitted tothat feature may be processed as necessary to provide, secure, evaluate, andimprove that specific experience, subject to applicable law and additionalprotections.

21. Blocking and Reporting

Teen users can use Falue's available blocking and reporting tools when anotherperson makes them uncomfortable or violates Falue's policies.

Report behavior involving:

• Sexual solicitation;
• Requests for intimate images;
• Threats;
• Blackmail;
• Grooming;
• Harassment;
• Stalking;
• Impersonation;
• Scams;
• Attempts to obtain sensitive personal information;
• Repeated contact after blocking; or
• Attempts to bypass Falue's teen protections.

22. Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians with concerns about a teen's safety on Falue may contactFalue through our published support or safety channels.

Falue may request information reasonably necessary to understand the concernand determine whether the requesting person has legal authority to make aparticular request.

Being a parent or guardian does not automatically entitle someone to obtainthe contents of a teen's private account or communications. Falue will handlerequests in accordance with applicable law, user privacy, and safetyconsiderations.

23. Suspected Under-13 Accounts

If Falue reasonably believes that an account belongs to a child under 13, wemay restrict the account while the matter is reviewed.

Falue may request age-related information or use other lawful methods toresolve the issue.

If we determine that an account is operated by a child who does not meetFalue's minimum-age requirements, Falue may disable or delete the account andhandle associated information in accordance with applicable law and ourPrivacy Policy.

24. Adults Misrepresenting Their Age

Adults may not falsely represent themselves as minors in order to evadeFalue's safety systems, obtain access to teen-only experiences, deceive teenusers, or engage in predatory behavior.

Falue may permanently disable accounts involved in deceptive conduct thatcreates a serious risk to minors.

25. Teens Misrepresenting Their Age

Teen users should provide their correct age.

A teen who falsely claims to be an adult may lose protections designed foryounger users and may violate Falue's Terms.

Falue may correct age classifications, restrict features, requestverification, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believeage information is inaccurate.

26. Safety Investigations

Falue may preserve and review information reasonably necessary to investigateserious safety concerns involving minors.

This may include account information, reports, enforcement history,communications reported to Falue, technical information, and other relevantrecords where processing is permitted by law.

27. Reports to Authorities and Child-Safety Organizations

Falue may report suspected child sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking,credible threats, or other serious child-safety matters to appropriateauthorities or child-safety organizations when required or permitted by law.

Falue may also preserve information associated with such reports inaccordance with legal requirements.

28. Emergency Situations

Falue is not an emergency-response service.

If a teen or another person is in immediate physical danger, contact theappropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.

The relevant account or content may also be reported to Falue for review.

29. Enforcement

Violations involving the safety or exploitation of minors are treatedseriously.

Depending on the circumstances, Falue may:

• Remove content;
• Restrict messaging or contact features;
• Restrict discovery or recommendations;
• Disable calls, livestreams, groups, or Spaces;
• Require verification;
• Temporarily suspend an account;
• Permanently disable an account;
• Prevent creation of replacement accounts;
• Preserve relevant evidence;
• Report conduct to appropriate authorities or organizations; or
• Take other action necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Severe child-exploitation violations may result in immediate permanentenforcement without a prior warning
